Min Higher NITEC /Diploma in IT

Basic Salary + OT Pay when required + Performance bonus

Mon to Fri Staggered :0730-1700 & 1000 – 1930 + Alternate Sat 0730-3pm

Work Location: Novena Revenue House

Jobscope:

• Planning and Scheduling of daily Data Change
• Planning of day/weekly/monthly/ yearly Batch jobs accordingly to Business Unit requirement.
• Attending to PJS request.
• Provide control run support of batch operation during migration/plan activities.
• Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR)
• Perform Daily /Weekly/Monthly Batch execution reports.
• Provide support during IRAS DR pertaining to Batch execution.
• Monitor the wellbeing of the Batch execution and planning
• Perform Incident (Batch scheduling) escalation (Ensure incidents are reported and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact and SLA).
• Coordinate with various stakeholders / Batch owner to fix the technical issues/ Batch job failure timely support to customers.
• To work cohesively with customer

Seeking for Data Center Operator (1 year contract under employment agency payroll)

Work Location: Revenue House (IRAS) at Novena
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift, 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, 7.30pm to 7.30am (2 day, 2 off, 2 night shift pattern)

Full salary budget inclusive of Shift Allowances and PH Allowances: $2500 - $2900
Upon end of contract, incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal

Job Level: Entry / Junior

Requirement:

• Singaporean with Diploma in IT (must clear g50 and background check)
• Must be able to work 12hrs rotating shift hours (work 2 days, rest 2 days, work 2 nights)
• Keen in Data Center batch monitoring and execution jobscope
• Positive working attitude (willing to learn, punctual, etc)
• Can commit for full 1 year contract

Jobscope:

• Batch Job monitoring and execution
• Provide Operation support IRAS DC Operations & eTRS Operation on 24x7 (12hrs shift)
• Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR) @ DC3 & eTRS
• Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
• Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
• Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
• Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre.
• Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre.
• Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact, and SLA).
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr if required
• Provide Operation support during IRAS annual DR exercise
