Purpose of Job
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting on-time delivery to customers and inventory management across WEO Corporation. The role involves collaborating with the Planning & Purchasing teams to ensure alignment across production sites, support data analysis, and assist in streamlining supply chain operations. The analyst will also provide assistance in achieving departmental goals and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Job Duties
· Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning teams to automate processes and eliminate non-value-added activities to improve productivity.
· Assist in the management of Master Production Planning (MPS) and ensure effective production/capacity/material planning.
· Help manage Customer Request Dates and Past Due Orders to ensure on-time delivery and meet inventory turn targets.
· Contribute to the implementation of monthly PSI projections to evaluate capacity, inventory, and revenue, and perform basic risk assessments.
· Ensure alignment of master data across production sites to maintain consistency and accuracy.
· Assist in leading Phase-in/Phase-out projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
· Support E&O activities, including tracking and reporting.
· Maintain and update weekly and monthly reports (Bowlers) for delivery and inventory performance.
· Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Experience:
· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
· Exposure to production planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
· Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central or similar).
Qualifications
· Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
• Strong execution skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Power BI.
• Versatileand willing to assist in various supply chain-related roles.
• Good communication skills in both English & Mandarin to support cross-collaboration with overseas teams or stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detailand able to manage competing priorities.
