His/her tasks also include planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, off-line events, analyzing metrics, identifying marketing trends and mentoring the Marketing Executives and Designers.

You are responsible for all aspects of a company’s marketing operations. Duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media. The Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

The various roles and responsibilities for this position includes:

* Design and supervise all aspects of the marketing department including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

* Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

* Plan and manage the various social media platforms.

* Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns

* Plan and manage SEO/SEM campaigns

* Event management

* Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.

* Appraise important metrics that affect website and outlet traffic, service quotas, and target audience

* Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

* Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms and industry trends

Requirements and skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field

* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing/digital media

* Experience in managing projects simultaneously across different verticals

* Experience in managing a team.

* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

* Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

* A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

* Up-to-date with the latest marketing and social media trends

· Responsible for and assist Design Team in drafting and preparation of all drawings for rail project

· Liaise closely with Managers and Engineers on project drawings

· Carry out work according to design schedule such that they are completed on time and in accordance with client’s specification and statutory regulations.

· Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification

· Assist in project documentation preparation

· Other relevant adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
• Computer literate in MS Office and experienced in SAP/WMS would be an advantage
