In your new role you will:

• Performs supply chain functions, which may include, but are not limited to, logistics, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers.
• Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
• Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
• Fulfils orders, including order entry, administration and shipping.
• Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.
• Develops capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments.
• Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction, minimize cost and being aligned with the company/ DIV targets (revenue targets).
• Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• a relevant vocational training (3+ years) and a particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification
• a relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and subject-specific additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years)
• the total knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways
• 6+ years relevant working experience

Main Responsibilities:
• Provides day-to-day oversight of desk operations
• Coordinate all operational aspects of physical trading books’ activity, ensuring Operators safely and cost
effectively turn a physical trade into reality, per the contractual terms
• Assess operational and business risks, minimizing impacts which may impede success or growth of the
Company/ Group and escalating those which require additional mitigation.
• Report required information from Operations processes to the Team Leads and Regional Head of Operations,
as part of core activities, on a daily basis.
• Optimize trader strategies by utilizing knowledge of product movement and relationships with external parties,
while accounting for the dynamics of delivery and supply, and resolving and communicating any transport
issues that arise with traders.
• Review product movement reconciliations, along with the developing the capacity to facilitate Loss Control
investigations
• Develop capability to assess risk (technical, contractual and operational) in non-standard contracts, and
implementation: new regions and/or long-term tenders.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leads and Regional Head of Operations.

Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in vessel cargo operations involving interactions with ports/terminals, agents,
cargo inspectors, vetting, chartering, and ship shore compatibility.,
• Being detail-oriented and having an analytical mindset.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages, enabling effective communication with
counterparties.
• Demonstration of a strong desire and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react
to dynamic and changing circumstances.
• Should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.

Position Overview

Embossing team of Card Centre performs card personalization of Bank and our cards through the card personalization machines. The team ensures the daily required quantities of cards are fulfilled for the different Banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing card personalization at machines
• Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work)
• Planning and coordinating with the entire Production
• Performing stock taking of collaterals
• Other ad-hoc duties

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the primary operations point of contact (24/7) for assigned equipment.
• Responsible for preparation and communication of voyage orders, and further instructions.
• Handles vessel/ cargo stowage agency nominations and or appointments, and communications.
• Ensures all assigned voyages are performed as defined by company-standardized voyage orders.
• Ensure all emails are correctly tagged as per the process for working in SEDNA.
• Ensure accurate capture of voyage details in IMOS and other systems, as applicable.
• Interface with Commercial schedulers, charterer, agents, terminal, vessel/barge owners/operators and tanker brokers in respect of voyages to and from 3rd party customers.
• Interaction with Marine Assurance to maintain minimal exposure for cargoes and assets
• Work with Loss Control to eliminate or minimise any impairment in cargo quality or quantity.
• Monitor vessel’s bunker ROB and consumption for heating, tank cleaning and ECA zone consumption.
• Manage all aspects of voyage costs and cargo documentation related to Operations.
• Verify and approve Hire payments, freight invoices and all other secondary voyage costs.
• Represent the company with carriers, terminal personnel, and/or other internal/external contacts in a professional manner.
• Possess a firm understanding of the Global Vessel Incident Reporting & Crisis Monitoring Plan and ensure duties are performed as per the “On Call Incident Report Manual”.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Broad understanding of marine transportation business, including marine logistics, dispatching, and general marine transportation processes.
• Experienced with Dry Bulk operations.
• Possesses a fundamental understanding of marine risk and exposures to marine liability.
