We are looking for a crane operator to safely transport loads to construction sites with the use of lifting equipment, such as cranes and hoists. You will work closely with construction workers and ground operators to complete your daily duties. You will also perform equipment inspections and repairs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspection task as designated by the supervisor
• Perform in-process inspection and report abnormality/raise NCMR if applicable
• Carry out productions works according to tasks assigned.
• Checking and sorting product produced as and when required to ensure quality products are produced.
• Report any quality problem to immediate superior immediately.
• Rework the product as required according to instruction when required.
• Ensure quality parts are produced and production target are met.

Requirements:

• Secondary school education and understand simple English.
• Relevant working experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Able to support OT

• Periodically performed warehousing tasks, including carton assembly, order picking, and receiving new inventory.

• Prepared and completed order documentation and reports as required.

• Packaged products such as soy milk pouches, granola bars, and pancake/wafer mixes into boxes or bags.
• Transported product trays to designated racks or storage locations.
• Conducted visual inspections and maintained documentation during production to ensure defect-free results.

Job Description

• Operate Tower crane as per the deployment schedule assigned by the Managers/Engineers/Supervisors
• To carry out daily checks of the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all time
• Maintain assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition
• Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted so as to ensure that the lifting operations can be carried out safely
• Perform pre-plan safety meetings with sub-contractors to ensure daily work schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner

Requirements

• Possess Tower Crane (Luffing Jib, Saddle Jib & PPVC certificate ) License awarded by relevant authorities in Singapore
• Minimum 5 year relevant experience
• Aptitude to adapt to changing priorities
• Must have good verbal communication skills to ensure safety with adjacent cranes
