DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle customer’s queries, service requests and sales enquiries.

• Manage customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.

• Manage customer requests and enquiries through various media.

• Obtain and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.

• Issuing cheque payments, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), credit notes and follow-up regarding any

incoming collections.

• Prepares Sales Quotations and Delivery Orders.

• Perform any others ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.

• Handling of any incoming & outgoing daily mails and calls.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Service Management/Accounts or related field with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates in related fields will also be considered.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.

• Good interpersonal and time management skills.

• Independent, meticulous and responsible with good working attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the payment details and remind clients to make payment

-Understand customers' needs and provide alternative payment plan to aid client’s situation (i.e. dates/amount)

-Handle customer queries & promote RON renew

-Understand and review customers background (such as CPF, income tax, car leasing, credit bureau etc.) and advice whether customers are suitable for installment plan.

-Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.

We are looking for Senior Technical Advisors for Epic’s software in connection with the implementation of Epic’s integrated suite of healthcare software for its customer in Singapore. Duties will include testing the customer’s workflows within the software, providing troubleshooting assistance for Epic’s software applications, including assisting in diagnosing and isolating the probable cause of technical problems and modifying the software, if necessary, to fix the problems. You might also assist the customer with configuration, and provide recommendations to optimize the customer’s use of the software.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)

· 2+ years in technical support for Epic software, including supporting customer(s) through an Epic software go-live and a version upgrade, and completing the associated testing

· Hold appropriate Epic certifications in:

-A major Epic software application

-Chronicles and Cache programming

Skills and competencies:

· Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills

· Hold strong project management competencies including team coordination and problem solving skills

· Strong technical aptitude (must pass Epic’s standard pre-hire assessment test for the role)

· Demonstrated judgment in handling escalations

Job scope:-

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to

the management.

• Track and prepare reports on the outputs of the different teams and

progress of the indicators.
