. Perform market research and generate interest in our applications

· Provide phone, e-mail, remote (80%) and onsite (20%) support

· Assist in testing software before release to customers

· Ability to deliver online training to customers

· Involve in business analysis for new feature development

· Create user guides for product features

· End to end service delivery from pre-sales demo, implementation and testing.

· Participate in installation, upgrade of software and assist in documentation of software products

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· Working experience in business application support

· Experience in vendor environment

· Required Skill(s): Basic MSSQL queries, HR/ERP/Accounting Software Support

· Preferably have experience working in long term care or charity sector

· Team player with good analytical skills

· Looking for someone with support and project implementation for off the shelf ERP or accounting products

Working days can be flexible, with about a $9 per hour rate, with a possibility of a more long-term contract role.
Role: To aid the team in a variety of the following tasks:

• Telephone recalling of interview respondents for Quality Control
• Coordinating Focus Group Discussions
• Coding of questionnaire responses
• Recruiting and coordinating participants for our studies
• Transcribing of transcripts
• Overseeing the administration of surveys to participants
• Support in briefing of interviewers for our projects
• [Adhoc] Helping to conduct some interviewers if required
