Employment type: Permanent Part Time Beauty Advisor

Duration: 22 hrs per week (Exclude break)

Working days: 3-4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.
• Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures.
• Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
• Any other duties as per assigned

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers.

• Ensure right cost source is selected to issue purchase orders. • Handle changes in suppliers delivery schedules.

• Generates and/or approves purchase order while maintaining inventory within company goals.

• Handle sales request for quotation (RFQ).

• Coordinate with sales team to do the order planning to match with customer request delivery.

• Ensures on-time delivery to customers from suppliers in proactive manner.

• Exhausts all possibilities in obtaining product to satisfy critical customer requirements.

• Expands personal product knowledge to effectively support sales.

• Purchase inventory to achieve maximum quantities at lowest possible cost.

• Ensures integrity of system information, including cost, resale and packaging.

• Review and approves requests for new part numbers to be added to system.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in Electronics Engineer or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' related experience in Electronics Components, preferred on Passive Components/Connectors.

• Team player and willing to communicate with all levels.

• Good attitude, diligent, attention to the details and willing to learn.

• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates).

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for cross-domain integration between SAP and CRM
• Design, configure, and implement solutions that facilitate the integration of SAP SD/CS modules with CRM ensuring data consistency and process efficiency
• Provide expertise in mapping sales, service, and customer management processes across domains to identify integration points and data exchange requirements
• Work closely with Group IT to develop and implement interfaces and data migration strategies between SAP SD/CS and external systems
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of the integrated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with best practices
• Participate in CAB, regular meetings, and discussions with Local and Group IT teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on project timelines and deliverables
• Provide training and support to end-users on the integrated systems, to ensure smooth adoption and utilization

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SD/CS modules, with a focus on cross-domain integration

• Strong understanding of SAP SD/CS modules and their integration capabilities with external systems.

Job Description

• To ensure given KPI are met timely and effectively
• Providing administrative, planning, organising, controlling, discipline and training functions of his departments.
• General administration, supervision and control of Supervisor and staff under the department

• Coordinate the purchase of new equipment for SIAEC.
• Ensure new Ground Support Equipment are inducted through the correct process.
• Highlight and Coordinate with GSE in-charged for other necessary matters.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Aviation/ Mechanical or related field with minimum 2 years experience in Operations/ Aviation
• Experience in managing ground equipment will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Excel/ Words/ Point and any other will be an advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be a plus

• To perform seats, leather, carpet cleaning and conditioning and repair as required.
