• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and strong technical proficiency.

• Create tailored training materials and user guides for different user roles, ensuring content is relevant and accessible;
• Lead in-person or virtual training sessions for end-users, ensuring proper comprehension and practical application of the system;
• Offer ongoing support during training sessions, answering questions, addressing concerns, and clarifying doubts to ensure user confidence;
• Provide day-to-day support for users post-implementation, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring system stability;
• Track user adoption and offer additional coaching or training where necessary to improve system usage and user proficiency;
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Ariba processes and tools;
• Collaborate closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on system usage and best practices across departments;
• Act as a liaison between users and the project team, facilitating communication to address concerns, updates, and any necessary changes promptly;
