GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be part of our Support team liaising with Product developers to support Client Products deployed at customer sites across the globe.

Production monitoring

• Monitor the global IT platform and execute the associated action when alerts are raised.

The Philanthropy Advisor will offer knowledge, experience and innovative ideas around donor cultivation and relationship management.

The main responsibility is to create and execute the full lifecycle of the donor experience mainly through the donor advised fund (DAF).
