1. Attend to Customer’s site visit and assist to carry out piping or equipment measurement and installation of our products. (For Singapore and Malaysia Regions).
2. Produce drawings and work on BOM list after taking measurement.

Production:

1. Assist in measurement and cutting of PTFE sheets and fabrics.
2. Assist in soldering works for cables connection.
3. Assist in clamping of connectors.
4. Perform data entry to SQL system.
5. Ad-hoc duties as assign from time to time.

Requirements

· Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering

· Independent, self-starter, team player, eager learner, initiative and responsive

· Experience in Semiconductor and Building and Services industry.

. Possess good electrical knowledge. Electrical panel design and auto-cad knowledge will be an added advantage.

. Able to attend to site visit and assist in measurement and installation of our products.

· Possess class 3 driving license to use company’s van to attend to customers site visits.

• To coordinate between Application Teams in setting Monitoring system developing for Application enhancements.
• To Develop Monitoring Application
• To support Application running on OpenShift Environment
• To Enhancements bug fixes existing application running in Java, Python and Shell scripts

Your background:

• Knowledge in Java programming
• Knowledge on Python scripts
• Knowledge in Java, ELK stack & Grafana
• Knowledge In Angular , Tapestry
• Knowledge in JBoss, MariaDB, Filebeat & Metricbeat
• Knowledge in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, DevOps, Other Container platforms​ (optional)

Replying customer enquiries and feedback

Responsible for meeting sales quota with the sales team
Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers
Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers

Arrange and track delivery of services and ensure that the services are up to standard

• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
• Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Perform service request related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in providing desktop support
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP / Microsoft Office
• Experience in providing desktop support to senior management
