• Position Title: Client Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with the Regional Sales Manager about existing clients and prospects in such a way as to ensure optimal support, both internally and externally.
• Provide information by telephone to clients about business opportunities and lease options.
• Assist with providing rate indications to customers as support in such a way as to ensure the timely and proper provision of proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of lease proposals for potential customers.
• Draft proposals and apply the predetermined price structure, providing an explanation upon request.
• Prepare and send lease contracts for tank containers to existing clients within the scope of agreed framework contracts, and process accepted proposals in the system.
• Maintain proper document filings - hardcopy contracts, lease amendments, related documents, etc.
• Compile the Exposure Reports, Bi-weekly Off-hire Forecast Summary, and monthly activity report.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries regarding the core Applications (L1 and L2 support)

• Participate in the knowledge transfer of the BC team before handling the BAU for new Solutions

• In charge of the inventory of all the Applications used in the company as well as regular check of Active and Inactive Applications

• Responsible for taking internal and external calls from the users regarding Application related incidents or service requests

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request

• Regularly provide statistical reports about support cases and incidents

• Dispatching all incoming tickets for the Service & Support team

• Responsible for assigning, resolving and escalating user request tickets

• Collaborate with other IT Teams on Projects

Responsibilities

· Investigate production issues, respond based on production defect severity SLAs.

· Manage and respond to users on timely manner.

· Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries

· Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident closure KPI.

· Make sure system availability as per respective agreed SLA.

· Ensure daily start of day (SOD) and end of day (EOD) execution for supported applications complete successfully.

· Provide support for annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for supported applications.

· Provide support to System Engineers on server level patches / upgrade as and when applicable.

· Knowledge with 3rd party monitoring tools like Control-M, Genos, Splunk, SQL Monitor

· Knowledge with Market Data, and Genos monitoring setup and dashboard configuration

· Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release.

· Enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.

· Proven ability to work and resolve production incidents under strict time constraints and provide workarounds using AS400/mainframe or Unix shell or DB scripts etc.

· Strong skills in AS400, Linux/Unix Shell scripting, MS SQL, Oracle, BMC Control-M Scheduler

Requirements

· At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Application Support.

Essential:

• Prior hand-on production support experience of OPEN Systems/AS4000
• Good support knowledge in either one of the retail or wholesale payment or customer information systems
• Willing to work in onsite shift-support model [24*7]
• Hands-on experience in writing AS400 and SQL queries and parsing logs for issue investigation
• Hands-on experience in writing shell scripts (UNIX) and optimize incidents investigation.
• Strong written, oral communication skills and able to manage user.
• Ability to easily adopt to any technology / environment.
• 2 or more years’ production support experience in bank or financial vendors across multiple technologies / platform
• Be able to work in fast pace and high-pressure working environment.
• Willingness to work across platforms – UNIX / open, AS/400 and mainframe

JOB PURPOSE

• To provide administrative support for marine underwriting in the Korea Market. Support for Non-marine administration may also be required as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monthly Closing: Coordinate between underwriters and the processing administration team to ensure policy documents' accurate and timely production.
• Adverse Checking: Review and verify data provided in the slip or email from brokers before data entry.
• Data Entry: Input data from signed contracts into Excel spreadsheets, consolidate the information, and provide it to the processing administration team for further processing.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain and update records, schedules, and statistical data to ensure accuracy and accessibility when needed.
• Translation: Provide basic translation support for underwriting information written in Korean for administrative purposes.
• Liaising with Intermediaries: Coordinate with intermediaries regarding invoice issuance and renewal updates.

QUALIFICATION

• Basic Degree/Diploma in Business, Business Administration, Data, or Statistics related fields.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in administrative tasks with a solid service-oriented mindset.
• 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
• A diligent and persistent approach to completing tasks thoroughly and efficiently.

SKILLS

• Candidate should be comfortable and confident in Korean Language (Written and Spoken)
