DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle customer’s queries, service requests and sales enquiries.

• Manage customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.

• Manage customer requests and enquiries through various media.

• Obtain and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.

• Issuing cheque payments, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), credit notes and follow-up regarding any

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates in related fields will also be considered.

• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.

• Good interpersonal and time management skills.

We are looking for Senior Technical Services Analysts for Epic’s software in connection with the implementation and maintenance of Epic’s integrated suite of healthcare software for its customer in Singapore. Duties will include providing assistance to our customer(s) related to the operation of their relevant Epic software application(s) and underlying IT infrastructure. This assistance may take place during the course of the software implementation or on an ongoing basis for live customers. Specifically, it may include: answering technical questions relating to customers’ software and/or operating systems; providing configuration or infrastructure analysis and recommendations; proactively monitoring customer systems; making optimization recommendations; planning for upgrades and feature deployments; overseeing testing; diagnosing, isolating, and resolving the causes of technical problems; and reconfiguring the software or infrastructure, if necessary, to address the problems.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
• 2+ years in technical support for Epic software, including supporting customer(s) through an Epic software go-live and a version upgrade, and completing the associated testing
• Hold certifications in:

-Relevant Epic software application

-Chronicles Database Programmer and Cache

Job description:

We are looking for experienced Senior Interfaces Analysts for Epic’s software in connection with the implementation of Epic’s integrated suite of healthcare software. You will provide analysis for, expertise in, and technical assistance with the creation and maintenance of an electronic data interchange (“EDI”) system to facilitate the transfer of information between the customer’s current (non-Epic) software systems and their Epic applications. You will be responsible for EDI system analysis and design, as well as development, implementation, support, testing and troubleshooting of the interfaces that allow Epic’s customers to transfer data between their software systems.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, math, information systems or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in technical project management, including design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of interfaces to Epic software. Must have supported an Epic software go-live or upgrade.

· Hold appropriate Epic certifications in:

• Bridges Interface application
• A major Epic software application
• Chronicles and Cache programming
