Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operations of the local and remote sale support staff
• Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of order processing and RFQ response
• Handles and resolves customer requests and issues in a timely manner
• Analyse sales support metrics to track performance and areas for improvement
• Work closely with sales team and other departments to enhance business performance
• Review and implement strategies to improve sales support process and procedures
• Jointly overseeing the Procurement and Logistics functions with the Operations Lead
• Any other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualifications
• Relevant experience in sales support and leading team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
