We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Business Analyst) who will help take the business to new heights. This person will report to the Head of Business Development and be integral in growing the business, reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.

Job Scope:

• Execute analytical efforts to support business initiatives.
• Support strategic initiatives, perform analyses and insights across the market and competitive intelligence.
• Analysis of business parameters, costing and profitability for new businesses and existing businesses for decisions.
• Assist management in the creation/ modification of presentation materials and business proposals.

As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of data migration activities for our business unit's go-live process. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data migration lifecycle, from retrieving data from legacy systems to loading it into the SAP system. The role requires a strong background in SAP systems, data migration domain expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration Execution:

• Execute the data migration program, including scripts and loading programs, ensuring a seamless transition from fetching legacy system data files to the loading of data into the SAP system.
• Generate post-load reports and error reports for user verification.
• Update and rectify data migration programs as necessary, and incorporate data mapping adjustments when required.
• Conduct user verification sessions for data entities owned, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP functionalities and configurations.
• Prior hands-on experience in the Data Migration domain, with a track record of successful data migration executions.

Knowledge:

• Preferable to have healthcare industry knowledge, though not mandatory.
• Preferable to have SAP ABAP knowledge, showcasing proficiency in SAP programming.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in the data migration process.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting user verification sessions.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with our Head of Flex & Trading Analytics and our Director Trading & Portfolio Management to assist them in their decision making by providing them with the insights which they need to achieve make these decisions;
• Work closely with our data engineers and external stakeholders;
• Create dashboards in our BI tool (Holistics) which will show our day-to-day results and our longer term PnL expectations;
• Write data models in dbt using SQL, which will power these dashboards;
• Analyse new business opportunities in Singapore & Australia, using for instance Jupyter notebooks;
• Build models to make price and demand forecasts for the Australian & Singaporean market.

You will be a good candidate if you:

• Have had your masters degree at a technical university, or a similar degree;
• Have a proven track record of 1-3 years of experience working with data analytical tasks;
• Have experience working with tools like Jupyter, Holistics (or similar BI tools), dbt, SQL databases, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Have experience programming in Python & writing queries in SQL.

1. To assist the art dept with acquisition of materials and resources/Maintenance and Upkeep of the Art Block (Art rooms)

2. Maintenance and upkeep of art materials and assets. E.g, Drill press, Bend Saw, 3D printers

3. Supervision of students at work when no teaching staff is around.

4. Photo documentation of students at work for purposes of T&L review

Music:

Main duty:

1. To assist the music dept with acquisition of materials and resources as well as all related admin related to procurement

2. To help in the maintenance and upkeep of the music rooms, including management of the library, cataloguing, and regularly stock taking

3. Supervision of students at work on occasions when teaching staff is not around.

4. Helping with the locking up of rooms at the end of the day on certain days of the week

5. Helping with lesson preparation materials when necessary

6. Helping to set up for lessons in terms of instruments / computer / electronic set up

7. Setting up of video cameras for practical examinations and extraction of videos + sending of relevant comment

Requirement:

a. Good communication and interpersonal skills

b. Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.

c. Proficient in MS Office

d. Candidates with prior working experience in schools will be preferred.
