Scope of Service:

· Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our services

· In-house service role to respond customer inquiries promptly through in-house digital platform and WhatsApp messaging

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

· Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve customer service and operational processes

· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

· Work closely with marketing team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience

Requirements:

· Relevant customer service experience or marketing assistance is preferred

· Familiar with online / digital messaging platforms for business purposes

· Excellent written in messages and verbal communication in both English and Chinese

· 8 hours from 9.30am to 6.30pm for 5-6 days week that able to commit one weekend on Saturday or Sunday to be on home-base-working

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Associate Support Representative, you will be an integral member of our Global Technical Support Team, responsible for managing post-sale technical relationships with our customers. Acting as the initial point of contact for inbound technical inquiries, you will take ownership of, prioritize, troubleshoot, and develop response plans for complex support issues related to our platform. By collaborating closely with your Global Technical Support teammates and other departments, you will ensure customers can swiftly and effectively overcome any technical challenges they face. Your role may also include participating in an on-call rotation to provide coverage for occasional holiday shifts. Additionally, you will contribute actively to our knowledge database, fostering a culture of learning and sharing insights that benefit both teammates and customers. You will be presented with challenging projects that not only improve your technical skills but also develop your project management abilities, expertise in tooling and automation, and knowledge of mobile ecosystems and more.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• A degree from an accredited college or university, a certification from a technical boot camp, or equivalent technical experience.
• Familiarity with case management tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Software Technical Services:

• System software maintenance: Routine maintenance, installation, upgrades of Windows operating systems; using guides and configuration services,and system image creation and maintenance；
• Application Software Services：OFFICE series software; IE series software and other business software systems installation, maintenance, and upgrades；
• User Guidance Services：Resolve client issues with commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training；
• Virus Protection Maintenance：Installation of antivirus software, updates for antivirus databases, and removal of viruses from client terminals；

2. Hardware Maintenance Content

• Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation；
• Detection, localization, and troubleshooting of hardware faults；
• Providing hardware repair and delivery services；
• Ensuring stable operation of hardware (hard drives, motherboards, memory, etc.) through routine maintenance to extend hardware lifespan；
• Providing irregular guidance and training on hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on customer needs and actual conditions to enhance customers’ computer skills and efficiency；
• Assisting in the numbering and registration of existing equipment, and compiling statistics on maintenance rates and costs；

3. Network Issues

• Terminal network connections；
• Terminal network troubleshooting；
• Network connections and troubleshooting from switches to terminals；

4. Helpdesk Service Content

• Handle tickets assigned by the Call Center and complete them on time；
• Address other Helpdesk tasks as per the client’s work arrangements；

Requirements:

In addition to meeting the provisions of the main agreement, the basic requirements for Party B’s IT technical service personnel are as follows：

1. Familiar with various Windows operating systems and computer hardware (desktop computers, laptops, etc.)；
2. Familiar with general network hardware and capable of performing basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks；
3. Familiar with the configuration of various application software；
4. Possess a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with one to two years of relevant work experience.
5. Have basic communication skills in both Chinese and English, to support and maintain Chinese and English versions of operating systems and software systems.
6. Have good customer communication skills and the ability to plan and organize work.

Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & MS office products.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with ticketing systems (like ManageEngine-ServiceDesk or Similar).
• Any Windows Server knowledge will be added advantage.

Education
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
