The Business Analyst is responsible for managing the Business Requirements, UX and Functional Solution aspects of the project. He/she will also advise the Agency on functions and best practices for specific products and how the products can be used to solve business problems.

7. Skilled in scrum agile management of development team, including writing user story, assigning story points, tracking backlog and burndown each sprint

8. Familiar with Atlassian suite (ie. JIRA, confluence) to accomplish tasks above, and able to learn new tools along the way for any new team working tools

This position’s primary duties involve conducting research and performing analysis to produce intelligence products in written and oral form for Citi cybersecurity stakeholders. This role must coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional cyber intelligence and fusion center teams and engage with other business elements, partners, or clients, as necessary.
