• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the financial feasibility and internal rate of return (IRR) of the investment.
• Incorporate factors such as project costs, tax incentives, financing options, energy production forecasts, and revenue streams.
• Identify areas of optimisation to improve the IRR of investment

2. Risk Analysis:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential financial risks and uncertainties associated with investment
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks.

3. Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends, subsidies, incentive programs, regulatory changes, and industry developments.

4. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project financial performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks to stakeholders, including investors, management, and regulatory agencies.

5. Investment Analysis:

• Evaluate investment opportunities.
• Assess financial metrics such as IRR, net present value (NPV), payback period, and cash flow analysis.
• Assess valuation of assets through performance of various valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flow analysis, etc
• Evaluate or formulate business transaction structures

6. Financing:

• Support in the sourcing and evaluation of external financial partners to ensure the competitive terms and rates.
• Act as an interface between management and financial partners to review project economics, terms, and assess customer creditworthiness

7. Portfolio Management

• Monitoring and reporting the performance of existing investments
• Conduct variance analysis to assess the difference between estimated and actual financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's in a relevant field, CFA would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 year experience in developing and managing financial models in renewable energy industry, specifically solar projects in APAC market.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking/finance sector; experience with client relationship management would be added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a start-up environment and mentality

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support relating to the maintenance of the app, software and technological system
• Provide user support (e.g. help the end-user understand how to use the application or system and help resolve any issues)
• Develop and maintain applications as and when needed
• Review plan and testing of disaster data recovery program
• Implement new software / program for systems and applications or perform changes according to the installation procedures provided by the vendor after testing
• Assist to monitor that policies and standards are compliant
• Coordinate Service Request logged by users, investigate or analyse the Service Request upon receipt to identify issues and liaise with Business User on Requirement Gathering
• Perform System Integration Test (SIT) and conduct first level User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Assist in annual exercise for Penetration Test
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min Diploma Holder in IT related field
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in development or Application support functions
• Experience in Java, .Net backend languages will be advantageous.

Job Scope

1) Partnering with internal stakeholders to:

• Derive feasible and sound financial modelling for new initiatives and/ or existing programmes/ projects that are due for refresh in funding request
• Gain an understanding of the attributing factors impacting actualized results vs budget with timely performance review of programmes/ projects
• Derive annual budget and projection during annual budget cycle (70% of time)

2) Business partner support to programmes’ owners in areas such as funding claims matters, financial processes (20% of time)

3) Monthly closing review and provision of necessary posting supporting documentation and journal documentation to 1FSS for latter’s postings (10% of time)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant disciplines such as Accountancy, Business
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, inclusive of strong hands-on accounting experience
• Experience in healthcare sector or operational planning will be an advantage
• Activated and pro-active with optimistic about challenges
