We’re looking to add a System Process Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
As a System Process Manager, you will:
Play a role in enforcing a control mechanism to ensure price integrity, stringent controls and check on processes and mapping; and implementing initiatives and control which would involve in-depth studies of current control at various level in GSBM process flow, structure and business models to ensure that there is continuous improvement of the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with IT team and Commodity team to enhance in improving the current business processes.
- To support documentation of all E-business control processes.
- Work closely with process owners and GSBM team to identify potential opportunities for improvements.
- To work with IT in reviewing the need for Digitization process in GSBM.
- System enhancement to improve work efficiency.
- Coordinate with Sites, HR and GSBM to support on training materials and schedule training if required.
- To work on Leadtime tracker with GSBM to ensure alignment of the market condition.
- To support any SAP related issues like EDI, VMI/Inventory Portal and system linkage issues
- To support department on functional knowledge and skill set on intranet posting.
- Review current system process for improvement.
- Align current GSBM system processes across the commodity at AMDS and TPS to ensure one system to be applied.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Computer/IT or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in process mapping/review, streamlining and/or re-engineering, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Prior working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or consulting firms will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and/or Frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, self-starter and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with good initiative and a strong drive for success • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, resourceful and independent.
