• Labs 6s Maintenance: to ensure that Labs are compliance to 6s protocol (Sort, Stabilize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) at all times.
• Labs Inventory Management: keep track on SSD drives/tools/accessories that are in the labs.
• Systems Installation: install new servers on the server rack or transfer servers from rack to rack.
• Liaise with other teams on 6s audit, items transfer, items collection
• OS installation and issue debugging
• Test script execution and test run monitoring
• System and drive level debugging using software programs, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other Engineering Field
• Familiarity with 6s protocol and lab safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to liaise with other teams effectively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, able to manage labs inventory and perform systems installation efficiently
• Basic knowledge on Electrical, Servers or Computers and good cable management skill.

Job Summary:

Support in the daily business operations for drop shipment activities, including packing and preparation of delivery of pharmaceutical products for orders. Assist in drug stock management activities.

Core Responsibilities:

· Support and assist the pharmacist in facilitating the activities of the company.

· Perform stock receipt into inventory, ensuring correct quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates are entered.

This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join aviation industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained aircraft engine technician. Upon successful completion of the program, a career as a qualified aircraft engine technician awaits you.

About the Traineeship Program

· The program involves a fully-sponsored training program with monthly allowance over the one-year training period.

· The program encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training.

· The initial familiarisation in SAESL provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training.

· The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.

• Documents all the activities executed or to be executed signing and dating the official production documentation.
