Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Digitalization and Transformation:
- Develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for digital improvement and innovation.
- Manage and support digital transformation projects from conception through to implementation and post-implementation review.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend and integrate new solutions.
Software Support
- Provide end-to-end software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the management of software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for software applications to enhance user proficiency.
- Liaise with software vendors and third-party support services for issue resolution.
Hardware Suppor
- Oversee the maintenance and support of all hardware, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of hardware components and peripherals, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path.
- Strong knowledge of both software and hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. • Familiarity with network infrastructure and cloud services is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
