We’re looking to add a System Process Manager in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a System Process Manager, you will:

Play a role in enforcing a control mechanism to ensure price integrity, stringent controls and check on processes and mapping; and implementing initiatives and control which would involve in-depth studies of current control at various level in GSBM process flow, structure and business models to ensure that there is continuous improvement of the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with IT team and Commodity team to enhance in improving the current business processes.
• To support documentation of all E-business control processes.
• Work closely with process owners and GSBM team to identify potential opportunities for improvements.
• To work with IT in reviewing the need for Digitization process in GSBM.
• System enhancement to improve work efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sites, HR and GSBM to support on training materials and schedule training if required.
• To work on Leadtime tracker with GSBM to ensure alignment of the market condition.
• To support any SAP related issues like EDI, VMI/Inventory Portal and system linkage issues
• To support department on functional knowledge and skill set on intranet posting.
• Review current system process for improvement.
• Align current GSBM system processes across the commodity at AMDS and TPS to ensure one system to be applied.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Computer/IT or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in process mapping/review, streamlining and/or re-engineering, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Prior working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or consulting firms will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and/or Frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen, self-starter and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills with good initiative and a strong drive for success

We’re looking to add a Senior Systems Analyst , IT (SAP ABAP) in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in AMK.

As a Senior Systems Analyst , IT (SAP ABAP) , you will :

To provide IT professional service to Venture group companies and Support day-to-day system operations. Responsible for ABAP design and implementation, support and collaboration with functional resources for Venture ECC platform.

• Responsible & provide leadership in SAP Technical development, bug fixing, issue identification and providing technical solutions & deliverable timely
• Deliver all IT Projects & enhancement on time
• Ensure High Standard of Quality Assurance
• Manage SAP daily support ticket and ensure to close issues within Service Level standard
• Provide accurate timelines for specific tasks assigned
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactively propose system & process improvement.
• Regular reporting to IT Manager and work closely other IT pillar.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant of SAP consulting or SAP manufacturing industry experience.
• Analytical, meticulous and have good sense in business process & troubleshooting
• Prior experience in SAP ECC is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in SAP ABAP reports using ALV, dialog programming, BDC, Layout sets, LSMW, Data dictionary, sapscript and smartforms is a must.
• Experience in User Exits, Enhancement points, BADIs and BAPI is a must.
• Experience in EDI / ALE and work flow and any middleware and B2B applications is a must.
• S/4 HANA experience is advantageous.
• Professional SAP Certification will be an advantage.
• SAP ABAP ECC experienced is a must and manufacturing SCM exposure is an advantage.
