Responsibilities:

• To Perform visual and NDT inspection on aircraft components
• To perform system checks of the NDT processes
• Have the skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection and document the results
• Familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique / method which is certified
• Have the skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard
• Capable of developing work procedures / instructions from process specifications or standards
• Work closely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Data Cards, Process Controls to achieve the highest quality of work.

Requirements:

• NITEC qualification in Engineering or Diploma In Engineering
• Possess NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) in ET and PT or MT
• At least 2 years experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components
• Candidate who passed M10,CO1CAAS paper will be advantage
• Salary range is commensurate with experience
• Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement

Primary Function:

To perform NDT inspection in Rolls-Royce Seletar premises in an efficient and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify surface or very near surface discontinuities in a weld or critical area of engine component using Eddy Current and Ultrasonic Inspection.
• Use Portable handheld scanning technique to detect surface and subsurface defects.
• Perform FPI and inspect under UV light for flaws open to the surface such as cracks, laps, etc.
• Perform Binocular Inspection which is capable of viewing up to 40X magnification.
• Monitor the usage and performed calibration on NDT equipment and measuring instrumentation.
• Ensure all tasks achieve agreed quality standards and deadlines in line with customer OEM and Company requirements.
• Work within NDT team to achieve optimum levels of performance, being particularly aware of On-Time Delivery.
• Ensure that processes and procedures are followed to ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Comply with all safety procedures and legislation associated with NDT and aeronautical product.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder and equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years aviation NDT experience.
• Solid experience in Ultrasonic and Eddy Current Inspection (must have completed all necessary practical hours).
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office tools.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Be able to use wide range of tools and instruments.
• Have a good eyesight and color vision.
• Available to work on flexible working hours.

Scope of work includes:

1. Track, Disassemble, cleaning and checks incoming cabin parts.
2. Day to day maintenance/repair of aircraft interior parts
3. Maintenance of tools and equipment
4. Able to understand Engineering drawing, speak and write English.
5. Prefer Male Singaporean or PR.
6. Salary range from 2K depend on experience, $50 Attendance Allowance, $50 Telephone Allowance.
7. 3 month confirmation / Working Hours Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6.30pm & Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
8. Male cannot grow beard.
9. Housekeeping, cleaning/ clearing of rubbish and others.
10. Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Certificate (Nitec. Higher Nitec, diploma)
11. A pleasant working attitude with a drive to learn Team player with good communication skills
12. Annual Leave starting from 10 days Max 14days for Technician.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out the day to day maintenance schedule assigned by the Technicians, Supervisor/Operations Manager.
• To check, maintain and plan smooth operations of all building services.
• To assist the Supervisor or Operations Manager to keep and update records of M&E installations and equipment in the building.
• To assist and monitor the performance of term contractors and contractors on call.
• To ensure proper accounting of all tolls, equipment and stocks.
• To maintain proper records of building plans, drawings and all M&E services including operational manuals.
• To ensure that all essential M&E plant rooms are checked. Maintained and properly secured.
• To attend to emergency arising from breakdown of malfunction of M&E services.
• To monitor and keep records of water and electricity consumption.
• Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
• 6 days work per week

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Experience in Building/Facility/ACMV maintenance. Fresh candidate will also be considered. Training will be provided.
• G.C.E. or NITEC Certificate (Building/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform shift duties on weekdays, weekends & Public Holiday.
• Positive working attitude and a teamplayer.
