Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technician (Building Maintenance) to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you have a passion for hands-on work and take pride in keeping buildings running smoothly, this role offers excellent growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance, repair, and servicing for building systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E systems.
• Perform routine inspections on M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers.
• Supervise term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.
• Attend to fault reports, breakdowns, and customer service requests.
• Accurately complete maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Technology.
• Good working knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a team player with a service-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Additional Information:

• Location: River Valley Road.
• 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

Mechanical Engineer

• Working hours: 5-days (Mon to Fri) / 8 am to 4.30pm
• Location: Jurong (Company transport provided near Jurong

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) reports to the Senior Technical
Manager and whose responsibilities include:
1. Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external
Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning
and execution of:
(a) daily maintenance [preventive, corrective, & breakdown
maintenance],
(b) transition maintenance,
(c) turnaround maintenance and
(d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance
2. Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in
accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance
Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
3. Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance
management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve
highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
4. Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to
provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting
purposes.
5. Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect
and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
6. Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical
& non-critical equipment spare parts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant.
