• Review current processes and identify gaps and provide continuous process improvements

As required, lead the post-delivery team to maintain and keep track of all post-delivery projects relating to

• Inventory Asset List
• All preventive maintenance schedules and ad hoc tasks
• Compile and deliver all forms of maintenance reports (e.g. installation report, incident report, preventive maintenance report, ISO report, Etcetera)

Requirements

Education / Experience:

• Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Min 1-2 year of working experience supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI

Skill sets:

• Min 1-2 years of working experiences supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure such as OS, network, storage and backup
• Strong aptitude for technology required, including proven ability to learn new platforms, systems, processes and skills sets
• Strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail
• Exceptional customer focus and professional acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Understanding of negotiation, conflict and risk management skills
• Excellent vendor relation management skills
• Quality Escalation Management, Account Management/Review, Exception Handling, Costs/Overhead Management, Contract Renewal skills and ensure that all SLA/KPI are met
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to act as a good team player demonstrating dedication, reliability, adaptability, initiative, good judgement and ability to work independently

Candidates with one or more of the following skillsets will have an advantage:

 OS Skill in:

o Window servers(AD, Clustering)

o Linux (Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Etcetera)

o Systems Security, Performance and Monitoring

 Skill in Storage Area Network (SAN) or Network Attached Storage (NAS)

 Skills in Networking (CCNA)

 Virtualization, VMware

 Backup and Recovery Application (Veeam, NetBackup
