• Implementation of new ETL migrated from legacy PSFTP and ALM system to RCO
• Experience with Moodys RCO, SAP PAPM, ETL & Data Analysis.
• Working and implementation experience of PFT/FTP (Fund transfer pricing, Liquidity reporting), solution is required.
• Support for various testing phases of the project and migration activities.
• Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the solutions.
• Discuss and document configuration of client environment.
• Adopt and contribute to Organizational best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the Delivery.

• Write Technical Specs and Co-ordinate between Developers and BAs/ Users
• Support SIT and UAT Queries (Investigations)

• How to investigate variance in result table and report due to changes/new items
• Functional understanding of Credit / Liquidity respective domain.
• For Liquidity knowledge of Datastage is good and For Credit Risk knowledge of Oracle PLSQL is required.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 support for FTP, PFT, ALM system issues and escalations, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement through campaigns and programs, including Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and exclusive events.
• Plan and execute events to increase footfall and sales, managing the entire process from planning to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new offerings for the Rewards Catalogue.
• Support sales, marketing, and onboarding efforts for eVouchers and monetization strategies.
• Manage the EDM marketing calendar and performance marketing efforts in collaboration with agencies.
• Coordinate CRM EDM needs with business units and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to drive member footfall and spending.
• Handle digital engagement with members across EDM, SMS, website, in-app, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Set up and manage campaigns using CRM systems and campaign tools. Experience with platforms like Session M, Braze, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Assist in marketing operations, business development, and growing loyalty programs, including campaign management, tenant marketing, onboarding, billing, and customer service.
