Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment including onboarding process, and confirmation;
ERP top-up (twice a month), process medical claims, disciplinary matters;
Files and maintain all records via written and electronic formats are up-to-date;
Work pass application and cancellation, insurances, maintaining P-File and HR matters;
Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation matters, Training and Development and HR processes
Any others daily ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements (THOSE WITHOUT HR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, NOT CONSIDER, NO NEED APPLY)
1. Bilingual in Mandarin & English & can start IMMEDIATE (an advantage)
2. With Good working attitudes. At least Diploma in related fields;
3.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
4.At least 3 years of HR and Payroll proven experiences
5.Full HR spectrum - Hands-on & Experience in HRMS Payroll softwares (Times Payroll Software, Info-Tech, Easy-Pay, QuickHR, etc )
6. Working hours : Mon-Fri : 8:30 to 5:30pm,
Sat 8:30 to 12:30 noon (with Alternate sat)

Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.
