Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
3. Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for all parties involved.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
7. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports as needed.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
10. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Support the installation and configuration of network equipment and systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and enhancements.
• Perform network assessments and audits to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in network technology.
• Provide technical support to end users for network-related problems.

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Prior experience or internship in network engineering or related roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.
