The Services required are set out as follows:

 Provide administrative support to the teachers

 Administrative duties will generally include

1. Preparation and verification of documents

2. Maintaining and updating of detention records and data

3. Compilation of statistics

4. Filing and typing

5. Supervising and monitoring of detention classes and monitoring

of students on in-house suspension

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch

Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education

certification may be offset with relevant work experience)

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

The Services required are set out as follows:

a) Assist in the daily operations of the assigned science laboratories, science gardens, aquaponics, hydroponics and pond.

b) Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the science laboratories and Science Areas.

c) Responsible for the cleanliness of the Recycling Corner.

d) Assist in preparation of laboratory apparatus, equipment and teaching materials for scheduled laboratory activities.

e) Assist in stock taking exercise and maintenance of equipment.

f) Typing of worksheets and notes.

g) Supporting and assisting in departmental events, activities and programmes.

h) Any other duties assigned by the School.

Requirement

Experience working in School's Science lab

To be able to do gardening

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 1:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

• Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Receive documents, record and distribute to relevant department
• Deliver documents to client, ensure they sign accordingly and bring back to office.
• Inventory of office stationery and pantry items.

Remunerations:

Basic : S$2200 - S$2600

Working Hours: 9am - 7pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
2. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
3. Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Support the installation and configuration of network equipment and systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
