We are looking for a HR Executive to join us! The key deliverables will include:

Talent Acquisition

• Liaising with various recruitment agencies on shortlisting of candidates and coordinating interviews
• Responsible for all work pass matters not limited to application, issuance and cancellation
• Drafting of employment agreements and letters
• Conduct orientation for new hires, issuing of work passes and access cards
• Conducting of exit interview for resignees
• Collaborate with IHLs on internship, career fairs and initiatives

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Actively engages employees to gather feedback on Company culture, work etc.
• Coordinates monthly birthday celebrations, and other ad-hoc company social events as required
• Facilitates and plans Company Annual D&D

Learning & Development

• Consolidate all Departments training plan/needs and source for suitable courses accordingly
• Sign up employees for courses upon approval
• Responsible for the training providers’ evaluation to ensure effective training is done
• Submission of training grants when necessary
• Responsible for maintain all training records and employee skill martix for audit purposes
• Involvement in customer audits periodically

Administration

• Maintaining of employee p-files and documentation
• Conduct external salary benchmarking
• Submission and monitoring of ESG grants
• Submission of levy waiver, childcare leave, maternity leave & paternity leave claim etc.
• Monitoring of expiry dates of vendor contracts e.g insurance, cleaning contracts
• Involvement in audits when necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Preferably with talent acquisition/recruitment, L&D background
• Able to write and communicate in Chinese is necessary (to liaise with our Chinese employees and overseas counterparts)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsiblities

• Perform full cycle recruitment activities
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal customers for hiring needs
  • Manage and post job advertisement
  • Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare offer letters for new hires, re-employment contracts, contract renewals
  • Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires
  • Order uniform & safety shoes for new hires
  • Apply and cancel work pass for foreign workers
  • Prepare induction pack for new hires
  • Conduct orientation for new hires
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain accurate new hire records in HR system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports
  • Organise and Participate in external job fairs e.g. MINDEF, e2i
  • Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students
• Manage internal transfers
• Attend to staff queries
• Check and verify invoices for services engaged

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree with min. 2 years' experience in talent acquisition
• Strong communication skills and able to make sound decisions independently
• Meticulous, organized and a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willing to work in Changi

Job Description

• Support development of new methods, capabilities and technology to improve engine overhaul processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through new methods, capability development or acquisition.
• Capture operations needs and match capabilities and technology acquisition or development.
• Conduct feasibility and initial savings study to justify development/acquisition
• Validate developed or acquired methods, capabilities and technologies to ensure initial requirements are met and savings expectations are achieved
• Manage vendors or research groups to ensure capability/technology developments meet current or future requirements
• Plan and manage activities, communicate status to relevant internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering (Candidates possessing both Diploma certification and relevant experience will be considered)
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in similar job role. Applicants with less experience (including fresh graduates) but have relevant skills and experience may be considered
• Experience with industry 4.0 technology integration is an advantage
• Good communication, analytical, engineering and project management skills
• Good technical problem-solving skills
