Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talents
- Possess resourceful connections through various channels, including online and offline recruitment platform, employment agency, employee referrals scheme to attract a diverse pool of talents
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job descriptions and job postings as per job position requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers on their recruitment needs
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and necessary conversation on employment terms.
- Develop talent mapping pool for all placements
- Maintain proper HR filing and documentation of paperwork
- Assist on new hire training and development programme, monthly review and tracking
- Capability to manage full spectrum of HR office/administrative functions of the department such as contract drafting, payroll, appraisal and onboarding and off boarding.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related to Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years year(s) of working experience in Payroll, Recruitment and Human Resource Admin experiences
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll processes, including MOM regulations
- Candidates with prior experience with Info-Tech HRMS will have an added advantage
