The Responsibilities:

• Assist in the entire end-to-end process for project and corporate financing of vessels, including drafting Request for Financing proposals & negotiating term sheets; collating and preparing due diligence information requested by potential lender(s)
• Review various legal contracts such as shipbuilding contracts, charter contracts & loan facility documents; and collating conditions precedent & conditions subsequent
• Prepare presentations to support internal decision-making, and papers for senior management and Board approvals
• Assist in the execution of hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risks
• Support affiliate companies in covenant tracking and monitoring of various secured credit facilities

The Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / Economics / Maritime Business / International Trade or equivalent
• Prior experience in Ship finance, Corporate banking, Treasury/corporate finance function or M&A experience would be preferred
• Demonstrated ability to review and interpret legal contracts will be favourably considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
• Familiarity with the use of Bloomberg Terminal is an added advantage

• Lead the affinity screening assay of antibody during optimization phase using SPR analysis or BLI analysis

• Plan and conduct biophysical analysis to evaluate physicochemistry properties of antibody
• Novel protein analysis technology development
• Developability and manufacturability assessment of antibody drug

The Requirements:

• Minimum PhD in Biomedical Science/ Biochemistry/ Chemical Biology/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Pharma Science
• At least 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field
• Strong passion in medical science of drug innovation

You will be responsible for integrating and testing software solutions in simulation and on the robot. We are looking for engineers who are interested in tackling challenging problems for our robots.

Responsibilities:

•Participate in new product development from concept to launch.

•Manage and co-ordinate with various departments, to develop product fulfilling to product design specification, keeping schedule, cost and quality.

•Identify and resolve all issues effectively to achieve all objectives.

•Acquire product design specification approval from stakeholders before product development.

•Translating customer’s needs and pain points into product design specifications.

•Establish and carry out test procedures for products to meet to product design specification.

•Establish assembly drawing to the manufacturing team for production purposes.

•Ensure proper documentation (including manuals) of all required information for product.

•Support product installations and any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair.

•Provide product training and support internally.

Requirements:

•2-3 years working experience in relevant fields.

•Min. education qualification: Bachelor Degree in Robotics System, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
