Senior Regional Specialist, Social Media

Job Summary

• Support in executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with social media agency and regional business units on the development and execution of social media strategies and content creation for new product launches.
• Implement social media amplification and affiliate marketing as part of integrated marketing campaign.
• Collaborate with the internal teams (PR/Digital/Ecommerce/Marcom) for strategic planning across social platforms to enhance online presence, community engagement and drive sales conversion.
• Review and edit the contents for TikTok as well as executive profiles and Company page on LinkedIn.
• Manage influencer marketing campaign and support media/influencer engagement events.
• Oversee video creation by social media/creative agencies.
• Provide social media analysis in monthly reports.
• Support regional stakeholders on reporting requirements.
• Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline

Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies:

• Experience in social media content marketing, executing social advertising, managing social media communities and influencer campaigns.
• Good knowledge and understanding of measuring ROI across social media platforms to make data-driven decisions, though technical knowledge in generating analytics is not required.
• Strong in agency management.
• Deep understanding and strong working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and other digital channels.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English to edit copy.
• Must have a sense of cultural fluency to work effectively with teams across the region.
• Work effectively in a team and manage various stakeholders.
• Solid project managements experience in managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlines

Critical Work Experience:

• A minimum 4 years’ experience in social media and/or content marketing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, or related fields

• Provide front-line service to patients and visitors such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and billing.
• Handle insurance claims and other admin/ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Planning:

• Craft tailored paid media strategies aligned with BullionStar's objectives, target audiences, and industry specifics.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop and present media plans encompassing budget allocations, targeting strategies, and creative direction.

Paid Media Campaign Execution & Management:

• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Implement and coordinate A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs, with a focus on delivering 4-5X ROAS.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

• Design and implement social media strategies that reflect BullionStar's brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across BullionStar’s social media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
• Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating community interactions.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to boost BullionStar's online presence.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics for both paid media and social media using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with senior management, account managers, and designer to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across digital channels.
• Clearly communicate campaign and social media performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and social media management.

Optimization & Growth:

• Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance paid media campaigns and social media strategies for improved performance.
• Utilize platform-specific features and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Propose new ideas and testing approaches to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track records of at least 5 years experience in managing paid media campaigns and social media accounts on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media management tools.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, PPC, social media strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and content creation for social media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar are advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to three month's bonus salary.
