Senior Triage & Brief Intervention Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Specialist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, triaging clients based on urgency and needs, and ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate care and providing brief interventions to clients. Candidate will also be co-managing the triage team members, to make decisions for proper allocation and to provide support whenever needed. Campaign Management and Execution (50%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner

Position Summary

This position will be responsible for leading the implementation projects of new distribution centers and warehouse operations to support geographical expansion initiatives or network redesign in APAC.
