- Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives across the Bank.
- Working in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement colleagues, Group Legal and IT stakeholders to protect the Bank and to optimize the value from the supply market.

• Possessing technical hands-on experiences in troubleshooting of well-known hardware and software, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless devices, Servers, PCs, Mobile devices, Office applications, and PDF tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking technologies, is a plus: ITILv4, AWS, Azure, Cisco, HP, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SolarWinds
• Experience with incident management.
• Familiar with system administration tasks and competent in operating systems.
