• Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed, motivated, and engaged with the company’s goals and activities.
• Develop and disseminate internal newsletters, announcements, and updates on company news and initiatives.
• Support leadership in preparing key messages, presentations, and talking points for internal events and meetings.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong internal culture and improve team morale.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key community organizations, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach that align with company values and goals.
• Plan and oversee external events such as product launches, sponsorship activities, and community involvement programs to strengthen brand perception.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with media and other external stakeholders.
• Experience in event planning and project management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management, and PR analytics tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage crisis communications.
• Experience with employee engagement and internal communication strategies.
• Strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement.
