This position based in Singapore but will need to handle Taiwan's full set Accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for the full set of accounts, from journal posting, preparation and closing of monthly accounts and reconciliations until reporting.

· Liaison with company secretaries, bankers, customers and suppliers, tax consultants and tax authorities.

· Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Involved in tax submission, tax schedules and coordinate with auditors on audits related matters

· Preparation of year-end audit schedules & timely submission of all statutory obligations such as audited accounts & filing of various returns.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or ACCA holder or its equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set of accounts.

· Able to work independently to handle full sets of accounts.

· Prior working experience in Construction line would be preferred.

· Working Knowledge and understanding of Taiwan’s tax legislation and Taiwan’s accounting standards.

· Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

· Willing to travel Taiwan or Guangzhou if needed.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Assist the accounts, purchaser, sales support in data entry

2. Assist in filing daily records, generating invoices

3. Assist in stock take, printing labels for production etc

4. Assist in answering telephone call queries

5. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

6. Assist in admin jobs as and when management assigns along the way.

- Responsible for Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivable function

- Assist monthly, quarterly and yearly closing

- Bank reconciliation

- Filing & other accounting and administrative work

- Quarterly GST submission.

- Assist in the month-end accounts closing activities

- Assist in the monthly management reporting

- Replying customer emails, messages, and phone calls

- Able to carry out and perform office administrative duties

- Team player with initiative

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly reviews.

Help with budgeting & forecasting Monitor costs and support expense control.

Manage cash flow and assist with audits and compliance.

Supervise junior staff and assist in process improvements.

Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits, Tax etc.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience on an audit or accounting firm

At least Degree, ACCA holder or equivalent
