Reports to Senior Director of International Tax. Manages a portfolio of countries in the Americas, Asia Pacific and EMEA. Provides tax advice and services in assigned areas of technical expertise to Keysight at the enterprise and entity levels, and to managers or other employees in the areas of compliance (including SOX), transfer pricing, planning and training. Assigned areas may include involvement in company income tax, transaction tax, corporate legal structure, acquisitions and divestitures, transfer pricing and intercompany transactions and other tax areas. Researches, prepares, analyzes and documents tax issues and compliance for the geographic and process area of responsibility including related systems and accounting understanding, working with outside advisors where appropriate. Partners with the businesses and other functions in the implementation of business or process changes. Participates in the formulation, coordination and implementation of Keysight's global tax strategy with the objective of optimizing global after-tax results. Participates in the representation of Keysight in audits, litigation and other negotiation with government authorities relating to tax matters. Participates in cross functional projects partnering with finance & non finance functions like Corporate Controllership Organization, Corporate Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Development, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Management.

• Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects and processes.
• Leads the design/ delivery of new programs/ processes; is the key technical contributor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or University Degree or equivalent.
• May have Masters Degree in Taxation.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant experience. Big 4 Accounting Firm and MNC tax background preferred.
• Strong direct and indirect tax technical knowledge and ability to apply. Demonstrated experience with Singapore and regional tax is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Must be a team player with ability

Job Description

· Prepare monthly financial reports and non-financial information in a timely and accurate manner according to the Company's requirements

· Financial forecasting, planning, and analysis process, identify and resolve potential financial risk areas in timely manner

· Preparation of Yearly Budget which will involve reviewing of future business plans to develop the budget

· Implement and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with Company Policies and procedures

· Preparation of Group Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS

· Preparation of intercompany agreements

· Working knowledge of Singapore corporate income taxation

· Preparation and submission of quarterly GST reports

· Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations

· Preparation of Weekly Cash Flow Forecast for cash flow planning

· Manage Fixed Asset Register

· Develop the company's financial system and process

Job Requirement

1. CPA / ACCA

2. 4-5 years of accounting experience in F&B industry

3. Proficient in Office software and financial software

Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure.
