Job Description
· Responsible for full spectrum of accounts includes AP, AR and GL.
· Finalise and review monthly and year end management report with details analysis.
· Perform bank and cash reconciliation.
· Review AR and AP ageing to follow up on collections and payments.
· Prepare and submit for GST quarterly.
· Reconcile the discrepancy of intercompany transactions and balances.
· Liaise with subsidiaries and external parties for work related matters.
· Provide advice on standardisation/ improvement of operation processes and procedures while compliance with regulatory.
· Perform ad-hoc and finance related duties as and when assigned.
· Possess initiative, discipline, organising manners and analytical skills.
· Pleasant personality also as a good team player and leader.
· Working Days: 5.5 days work week
· Minimum 3 years experiences in accounts position in a fast-paced organization.
