Roles & Responsibilities

• Single Family office or private wealth tax compliance and annual declaration to MAS experience is preferred.
• Manage client portfolio in the area of tax compliance and provide tax advisory services.

• Experienced in various tax matters, including withholding tax S45 Form, COR application, ECI filing, GST submissions.
• Assist in attending to queries raised by IRAS.
• Provide advisory and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including auditors and legal advisors, to support client needs and deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Assist with any other matters in relation to tax.

Requirements

• Familiar with MAS requirements.
• Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably from a private service / financial services or professional services firm / Accounting firm.
• Experience in SFO tax preparation, review and advisory is an added advantage.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Tax guidelines.

We are recruiting for a real estate company that is listed on the SGX. With recent expansion, they are looking to add another headcount to the Finance Team.

You will be responsible in preparing consolidated accounts, review and analyse monthly financial accounts, prepare monthly and quarterly reporting to trustee, management and relevant stakeholder.

You will also be preparing interim/full year announcements in SGXNET, annual statutory reports including statutory audit, independently prepare full set of financial closing, including tax filing and tax compliance related matters for the Singapore holding companies as well as overseeing the financial accounting and cash management of the assigned portfolio, coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

You will be engaging with the auditors and external consultants to enhance compliance and effective controls within the company while ensuring compliance to all finance-related policies & procedures/assist in annual budgeting and forecasting process and performing credit assessment on vendors as part of financial due diligence etc.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of full set of accounts, including consolidation experience. Title will commensurate with experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Experience in Oracle Netsuite or other ERP software will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

1. Manage full sets of accounts and support day-to-day accounting operations.

2. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management.

3. Prepare and review closing journals for responsible entities.
