Our Company – Digital Information Technology (DIT) department is seeking an intern who are enthusiastic and eager to learn about our company by helping different teams within the DIT department.

We are looking for a motivated and talented, self-driven information technology individual to join our team. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional work environment, giving you sufficient exposure in a working project.

1.The IT intern will support our in-house IT department in providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems and configurating hardware and software. This includes front facing applications and resolving internet and network access issues, providing network printer support, network troubleshooting.

2.Involve in project planning, system testing, cut over preparation work and roll out for Technology Refresh of bandwidth, firewall, switches, access points to ensure network connectivity is in accordance with MENDAKI’s standards.

3.The IT intern will equip with the hands-on experiences with the skillsets and exposure to project implementation, cybersecurity exercises and management of IT assets.

4.Attending meetings where necessary and IT interns will learn to take minutes and requirements.

5.Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise & spearhead marketing proposals / initiatives to increase awareness of company
• Research and identify new business opportunities & marketing trends - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets for company’s products and services
• Conceptualise, development and execution of online/offline campaigns in support of marketing activities (Email marketing, Posters, Events, Design, and Layout).
• Manage backend systems of website and website design
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Google SEO/ SEM.
• Analyse data on campaigns and suggest data driven ideas for improvement
• Take charge of social media management, creating organic content for individual platforms to target different audiences through videos, copywriting, posters, clips etc
• Good editing skills to edit photographs & videos
• Experience with web and social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Daily social media and community engagement including promptly responding to comments/messages and handling feedback.
• Build strategic relationships with and partner with key stakeholders, agencies, and vendors

Requirements & Qualifications

• Marketing undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to commit at least 3 months
• Experience in healthcare industry / knowledge of healthcare products / sale of healthcare products is a plus
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc) and be familiar with current social media trends
• Leadership and project management skills
• Proficient with digital marketing strategies conceptualisation and implementation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to propose marketing strategies to management
