JOB SCOPE

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.
• Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.
• Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for Singapore and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENT

• Min. Bachelors Degree in any field of studies
• At least 3 years of customer support experience

Job Responsibilities

• Provide end users with PC hardware & software computing needs.
• Responsible for maintaining and installing PC operating systems, application software, system patches, and antivirus software.
• Troubleshooting PCs, printers, radio frequency (RF) and PDA devices, as well as software problems.
• Support & maintain the company's various CCTV surveillance systems.
• Handle all IT equipment maintenance agreements and coordinate with vendors for system maintenance activities.
• Assists in sourcing and purchasing hardware and software to support company IT systems.
• Responsible for documentation of work processes, system workflow, operating procedures, and new projects.
• Assist in user account creation/amendment/deletion based on user requests in the ticketing system.
• Maintain IT Hardware and Software inventory & asset tracking.
• Assist System Administrator in supporting & maintaining systems housed in data centers.
• Assists System Administrator in supporting and maintaining VM and Windows Servers.
• Assists System Administrator in setting up, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers and switches in Wide Area Networks (WAN), Wireless LAN (WLAN) and Access Points.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology relevant disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in IT field.
