Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing technical expertise, proactive solutions, and tailored support. You'll act as the bridge between the technical and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our 360° AI capture technology.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard: Lead technical onboarding, provide training, and ensure seamless customer deployment of our AI solutions.
• Support: Act as the primary technical contact, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions.
• Feedback: Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
• Monitor: Monitor adoption metrics, identify challenges, and deliver actionable insights to drive customer success.
• Advocate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product updates and showcase customer success stories.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or Facility Management.
• Experience: Project site management experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Site Engineer, in construction projects.
• Customer Focus: Proficiency in customer success, client-facing roles, and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in issue management and prototyping tools like Jira and Figma, with strong problem-solving and workflow mapping capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Coordinate and deliver IT Help Desk services to SLH end-user community, ensuring prompt response and resolution of IT issues and requests.

· Facilitate timely onboarding and offboarding of users.

· Maintain the accuracy and quality of IT asset inventory.

· Carry out patching, maintenance and refresh of end-user devices and applications.

· Ensure all end-user devices comply to SLH security policies and processes.

· Provide administrative and support expertise in Microsoft Windows devices, Microsoft 365, anti-malware software, active directory, security patch management and other frequently used applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user device issues, e.g. network, wifi, printing, security, etc.

· Provide management with timely and accurate report of end-user device health and security posture.

· Participate in IT projects.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum a Diploma in Computing, with at least 2 years of IT experience providing end-user computing support

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

· Resilience and the ability to handle stressful situations effectively

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
