Project Description:
For one of the largest banks we are looking for Senior Team member to help the bank to implement new technologies and speed up the delivery on various projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the intended technical line of Murex MX / Kondor Plus support.
• Manage configuration changes and deployments across non-production and production environments.
• Address and resolve client issues related to architecture, operating systems, network, JVM, and other infrastructure components.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (Murex/Finastra) to implement changes and resolve issues.
• Replicate and document client-reported issues, offer configuration recommendations to customers, and provide the Engineering team with detailed information, including test cases, to facilitate permanent solutions.
• Optimize performance, including profiling Java applications and databases, as needed.
• Support and mentor team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills Description:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in application support specializing in Murex MX / Kondor Plus Platform
• Expertise in Murex and Kondor Plus platform configuration, management, and upgrades.
• Murex MX / Kondor Plus Production Support and Monitoring: Experience with Murex / Kondor Plus production support and monitoring.
• Oracle Database: Proficiency in SQL (query, execution plan analysis), Oracle database management and troubleshooting.
• ServiceNow: Familiarity with incident, change, and request management.
• Scheduler, API: Familiarity with Control M and API
• Linux/UNIX: Strong knowledge of Linux / UNIX environments.
• Strong abilities to analyze source code to identify the root causes of client-reported problems and report findings
• Ensure Adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction
• Understanding of capital market products and front to back workflow
