Our client is a well known one stop provider, who provides Reputable Diplomas/Certificate courses & other educational courses. They have an immediate requirement for a Support Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diploma Operations Support:
Handle and organize paperwork/documents related to diploma programs.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management.
Assist in maintaining compliance with academic and administrative requirements.
2. Classroom Operations Support:
Prepare classrooms for training sessions, including setup of materials and equipment.
Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
Provide on-site administrative support during classes.
Register participants into the system and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain accurate attendance records for classes.
3. General Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and inventory for classroom operations.
Collect payment from students, maintain accurate records of transactions.
Respond to queries from students, trainers, and staff promptly.
Maintain and update databases related to student records and attendance.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
Experience: Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Others:
Able to work full-day on Sundays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
