Our client is a well established MNC who is a global leader in engraving technologies. Their sales office is located at KAKI BUKIT area (walking distance from Kaki Bukit MRT). They are currently looking for a PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEERto join their team.
Basic salary: up to $4000 Basic + Transport Allowance
Work Location: Kaki Bukit (near Kaki Bukit MRT)
Work Days: 5 Days, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
• To support the sales team with on-site or remote demonstrations, installation / training / reparation of the product scope under service responsibility throughout the entire region.
• Provide online, remote, or on-site demonstrations or testing of the supported solutions and installation/training
• Become a participant in sales team training courses and train sales personnel on-site to improve the effectiveness of their exploration actions
• Collaborate with sales representatives to participate in organizing sales activities to achieve established revenue and profit targets (exhibitions, roadshows, phone and on-site exploration, potential customer follow-up, etc)
• Weekly reports may affect the company's business positioning activities and market development (customer needs, standards, competition, etc)
• Maintain a high level of market, technical, and product knowledge by attending company training courses
• Monitor changes in market application demand
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Engineering fields
• 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in selling or supporting industrial equipment (ideally CNC and/or Laser).
• Local & ASEAN travelling required
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle not required but transport allowance will be given should candidate possess own vehicle
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CRM software and CAD/CAM software
• Good command of verbal and written English
