• Receipt of Products: Receive incoming products and verify the accuracy of shipments against customer pre-alert and provided details. Inspect incoming products for damage, contamination, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. • Act as the first point of contact for all user support related queries regarding the core Applications (L1 and L2 support)
