· Planning and installation of new site offices

· Active Directory knowledge

· File server administration

· ITIL cert is preferrable.

· CCNA or equivalent cert is preferrable.

· Any other IT tasks as assigned.

Requirements

· Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.

· Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.

· Excellent communication ability.

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

· In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

· Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

· Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. Comp TIAA + Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring smooth account servicing, KYC reviews, and account monitoring while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist RMs with day-to-day administrative tasks, client communication, and follow-ups.
• Support account opening, maintenance, and closure processes.
• Coordinate KYC reviews, gather required documents, and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor client accounts for unusual activity and compliance with bank policies.
• Prepare reports, manage records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in banking, financial services, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of KYC processes, banking operations, and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
