Position Overview: The Oracle SaaS HCM Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and support of Oracle SaaS HCM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, technical expertise in integrating and customizing these solutions, and strong project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage Oracle SaaS HCM implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and support for Oracle SaaS HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and others.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and updates with clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
Team Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants and developers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical architects, and support teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the project team.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with Oracle SaaS HCM product updates, new features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle SaaS HCM implementation projects.
Strong technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and other modules.
Proven experience in managing full lifecycle implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools and technologies, including Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Web Services.
Experience with integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
Working Conditions:
The role may require occasional travel to client sites.
Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed to accommodate global project teams
