The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative requirements, including generating quotations, managing ES accounts, raising purchase orders, performing goods acceptance, and generating ROP. Additionally, the role involves liaising with external contractors such as STEML, STELS, and other subcontractors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotations for various projects and services.
• Manage and maintain ES accounts.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor Degree in Optics Engineering / Physics/Photonics etc

· Experience with optical design software, optical alignment and optical testing

preferred.

· Experience in 2D drawing preferred

· Knowledge and experience in high magnification optics and LED illumination with

added advantage.

· Familiar with lenses, specification, design trade offs, basic optics modeling

techniques, light measurement equipment and techniques are desired

· Candidates must be able to be independent with minimal supervision
